We're seeking for an admin and HR assistant with exceptional organisational and communication abilities. An admin and HR assistant should be a creative thinker with excellent organisational and time management abilities. You must be dependable and able to follow directions precisely, as well as multitask and adapt to a fast-paced atmosphere.

**Duties**:

- All admin-related enquiries or requests, both internal and external, will be supported.
- Maintain employee digital and electronic records.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Able to do multimedia office presentations and preparing graphic job advertisements.
- Involve in recruitment and talent acquisition process

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Have good knowledge regarding Computer and IT
- Mandarin speakers will be an advantage
