**Responsibilities**:

- Provide professional consultation and advice on skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through excellent product knowledge and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases.
- Maintain a clean and attractive display of cosmetic counters or shelves.
- Update product knowledge regularly and attend company training sessions.
- Handle customer feedback or inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support the team in promotions, events, and new product launches.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma in beauty or related field is an advantage.
- Passionate about beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Pleasant personality with good communication and customer service skills.
- Experience in beauty or retail industry is an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Able to work as soon as posibble
- Confident, positive attitude, and strong sales motivation
