Be able to - up on leads and opportunities to build a strong pipeline of potential clients. - A strong sales and growth mentality. - Previous work experience in sales-related role especially in employee benefits will be an added advantage. - Strong written and verbal communication with good analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills. - Voluntary and active participation in various projects outside of specific responsibilities to support business or organizational needs. - Willing to contribute to expand your clientele coverage by engaging in business development activities when required. - Outgoing personality and independent in nature with good interpersonal competencies. **What makes you stand out**: - Resilient with previous client facing and sales experience. - Looking to develop an insurance career with a growth mind-set approach. - Ambitious and driven in nature and a keen contributor within a dynamic team environment - Articulate with strong client facing and stakeholder management abilities.
