_**Role Overview**:_

The FP&A Manager will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business via all platforms, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
- Monitor financial performance by analyzing results and providing actionable insights.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Oversee all accounting operations, including A/R, A/P, GL, and revenue recognition.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Manage external audits and ensure compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Optimize working capital and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
- Analyze and control operational costs to improve profitability.
- Develop strategies to manage and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with business objectives and provide detailed analysis.
- Support the evaluation of new business opportunities and investment proposals.
- Identify and manage financial risks, including currency, credit, and operational risks.
- Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
- Oversee the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Continuously evaluate and improve financial processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, or business segment
- Streamline and automate financial planning and reporting processes
- Continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of forecasting and budgeting processes
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, with at least 4 years in FP&A role.
- Experience in FMCG industry is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to consolidate financial information into clear, actionable insights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
