The Store Keeper is responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role ensures that the right products are available at the right time, coordinating with other departments to manage stock levels, perform regular audits, and maintain accurate records.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and transactions.
- Regularly update inventory management systems.
- Conduct physical inventory checks and reconcile with records.
- Ensure minimum stock levels are maintained to prevent shortages.

2. **Receiving and Dispatching**:

- Receive deliveries and check against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Inspect goods for quality, damage, and quantity, ensuring that any discrepancies are reported.
- Properly label, store, and organize incoming stock in designated areas.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.

3. **Stock Control**:

- Monitor and control stock movement within the store.
- Organize and arrange inventory to ensure efficient retrieval.
- Implement effective stock rotation practices to minimize wastage or expiry.

4. **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update stock registers or inventory management software.
- Keep detailed records of goods received and issued.
- Prepare regular reports on stock levels, damages, shortages, and surplus.

5. **Site Store Organization**:

- Ensure that the store/warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Adhere to safety and compliance regulations, such as proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of storage equipment.

6. **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with procurement, and other departments to forecast and meet inventory needs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any stock-related issues.
- Provide feedback to the purchasing department regarding product availability and quality.

7. **Security**:

- Ensure that stock and store areas are secure and accessible only to authorized personnel.
- Implement measures to prevent theft or loss of inventory.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in inventory management, site store/ warehousing, or a similar role.
- Forklift certification (if applicable) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in inventory management software or systems.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

**Able to work in Salak Tinggi, Sepang.**

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
