Key Responsibilities

1. Payroll Processing & Statutory Payments
- Process **monthly payroll** accurately and on time using the HR system (Info-Tech/Worksy).
- Ensure accurate and timely deduction and submission of all Malaysian statutory contributions:

- **EPF** (Employees Provident Fund)
- **SOCSO** (Social Security Organization)
- **EIS** (Employment Insurance System)
- **PCB/MTD** (Monthly Tax Deduction/Income Tax)
- Handle final salary payments, terminations, and generate annual **Form EA** for employees.

2. Attendance & Working Hours
- Manage and process daily **attendance** data, including clock-in/out and leave records, from the HR system.
- Calculate pay adjustments for **short hours**, overtime, and unpaid leave.
- Ensure all working hours and pay are compliant with the **Employment Act 1955**.

3. Claims Management
- Process all employee **claims** (e.g., travel, medical, expenses) and ensure they are accurately integrated into the monthly payroll run.
- Process and submit **SOCSO claims** (e.g., for work-related injuries) to the relevant authorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
