Gadek Nursery, based in Melaka and Cheras, is a nursery that offers a variety of high-quality trees, including ornamental, flowering, and fruit trees. We also provide planting advice to customers and plant enthusiasts. We are currently looking for an efficient, fit, and energetic **ADMIN CUM CASHIER** to help fulfill our customers' orders.

The **Admin cum Cashier** role combines administrative and financial tasks, including:
**Administrative Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies and maintain filing systems.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Handle weekly orders (plants, fertilizers, pots and gardening supplies).
- Monitor and update inventory records in system for plants, fertilizers, pots, and gardening supplies.
- Maintain and update databases for financial records.
- Provide proactive support to colleagues, ensuring smooth collaboration and overall team efficiency.

**Cashier Responsibilities**:

- Process payments (cash, credit cards, online payment).
- Operate cash registers and issue receipts. (opening & closing)
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily sales reports.
- Make sure that every new item that comes in has a price tag and that the price tag is always displayed near the tree.
- Handle monthly audit to check stock data in line with the system.
- Assist in inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the office and cashier area remain clean, organized, and presentable.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
