**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and implements strategic sales and project plans to track the progress and to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
- Develops and manages sales and project operating budgets.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts sales and project strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Identifies sales and project opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.
- Training of the sales and project team.
- Prepare periodic report on sales and project activities.
- Create and maintenance of necessary documents, forms and records.
- Awareness of Quality and Environmental Management System.
- Perform risk management to minimize the risks.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin is an added advantage.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Manager specialized in Marketing or Business Development or equivalent.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to work independently and computer literate.
- Able to show leadership and good interpersonal skill.
