Nature of Business: Establish for food delivery market in Malaysia
Position: Customer Service
- 12-month contract (Will renew if performance is good & based on project)
Working Days: 5 days & 9 hours include break | Rotational shift
- 24 hours

Job scope:

- Handling cases escalated by Level 1 representatives in where service recovery is needed for customers.
- Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on a variety of issues and escalations.
- Provide recovery for customers impacted badly by our service.
- Provide post escalation feedback and corrective action plan.
- To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and quality with mínimal escalations.
- Provide clear and concise documentation of call cases.
- Meet schedule adherence goals set forth.
- Ability to offer positive and constructive feedback to STL/TL where required.
- Maintain a positive attitude at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
