**任职条件:**
- 高中以上学历,拥有客服经验者优先;
- 精通中文书面及口语,具有较高的中文打字速度;
- 拥有客户至上的服务理念,善于换位思考;
- 具备优秀的沟通、倾听及谈判能力,能够处理突发情况;
- 具备良好的抗压能力,责任心强,自我驱动;
- 善于发现问题,具有敏锐的洞察力;
- 能接受轮班工作安排。

**工作时间:**
- 早班:7:00 - 15:30
- 常规班:9:00 - 17:30
- 晚班:16:30 - 01:00
- 夜班:00:00 - 08:00

(每周轮换班次,岗位稳定后会开始安排晚班和夜班)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
