**Sales & Recruitment Exec Responsibilities**:

- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- Establish a collaborative relationship with prospective clients from various sources such as networking, cold calling and referrals.
- Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.
- Promotional activities.
- Managing campaign and social media.
- Recommend risk management strategies that fit clients’ personal risk profile.

- Developing and implementing a hiring strategy in consultation with hiring managers.
- Determining the audience, method, and reach of the hiring process.
- Designing eye-catching recruitment advertisements.
- Advertising sales jobs via suitable print and broadcast media channels, and online recruitment platforms.
- Following up on note-worthy informal and networking referrals.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree from any field.

**Job Requirement**:

- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
- Familiarity with prescribed key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and recruitment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external purposes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
