The Role

Your responsibilities would include:

- Directly work with leadership team stakeholders to align marketing strategies on both regional and local levels;
- Establish and own the overall B2B marketing Strategy, identifying and leveraging the most owned, paid and earned media channels to achieve Intrepid’s company objectives;
- Direct our PR agency partner to build regional and local press relationships, develop press releases for corporate developments, coordinate CEO interviews, manage PR efforts, and serve as the primary spokesperson for media inquiries;
- Direct partnerships with regional and local event and awards organizations, build strategies and budgets that best enhance Intrepid’s reputation in the industry;
- Develop platforms (e.g. website) and content (e.g. testimonials, case studies) with internal and external stakeholders, together with in-house design team, to drive excellence in owned media channels and build strong, coherent company branding;
- Track program success by benchmarking against competitors and reporting outcomes to refine strategies over time.

Who we look for - the ideal profile:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years in Advertising, B2B Marketing, Public Relations, or Communications, preferably in a regional role within ecommerce, marketing, or tech industries.
- In-depth understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in startups, SaaS, or tech/analytics is highly desirable.
- Field marketing experience (e.g., event management, marketing automation, lead generation) is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal), with the ability to create compelling content that aligns with the brand’s tone of voice.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and planning abilities; proficiency in Excel.
- Strong aesthetic sense with proven experience managing visual content creation.
- Strategic and commercially minded individual who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- A collaborative team player who is culturally sensitive, results-driven, and adaptable to change.
