Record and maintain daily sales transactions and expenses.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile cash, credit card transactions, and bank statements.
- Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Manage and maintain filing systems (physical and digital) for finance and store documents.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records of inventory and stock adjustments.
- Assist with the preparation of reports for management (e.g., sales, expenses, profit margins).
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers for billing and delivery documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the store manager and other departments as required.
- Good with handling pressure.
