**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Schedule and release orders for shipment using SAP, based on internal policy and customer requirements.
- Facilitate communication between customers and internal stakeholders (e.g., sales offices, dealers, Special Orders teams, manufacturing facilities across APAC).
- Verify and maintain shipping documentation such as packing lists, Bills of Lading (BL), and shipping permits.
- Participate in system migration and support ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
- Receive, prioritize, and process customer orders.
- Investigate and resolve complex customer inquiries.
- Manage post-sales quality and warranty issues.
