**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Answering customer questions via phone
- Assits customers with account management and subscription related issues
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner.
- Resolve product or services issues by troubleshooting and providing solutions or escalating to relevant teams as needed.
- Update our internal database with feedback and informations regarding disscusions with customers.
- Supporting development and execution of the brand communications and activities in all channels in Malaysia.
- Monitoring industry trends and assisting in the execution of digital and offline initiatives to increase customer acquisition and engagement.
- Assists the team in implementing strategis that promote business and sales growth.
- Collaborate with event teams to promote live events and the exclusive experience, ensuring maximum exposure and attendance.
- Encourage customer to sign up for loyalty programs ot other promotional offers.
- To perfors any job assignment/duties as may be requires from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positions,
- Strong communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Experience in Office Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to manage documents and records accurately and systematically

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
