**Job Descriptions**:

- Meet with prospective clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budget for the wedding.
- Offer expert advice on wedding trends, themes, and creative ideas to help clients conceptualize their dream wedding.
- Develop comprehensive wedding plans, including timelines, budgets, and vendor recommendations.
- Collaborate with the couple to select suitable venues, catering services, florists, photographers, musicians, and other vendors.
- Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best services at reasonable prices.
- Manage the overall planning process, ensuring all details are meticulously organized and executed flawlessly.
- Oversee the setup and decoration of the wedding venue to ensure it aligns with the couple's vision.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers, ensuring they are well-informed of the event schedule and requirements.
- Handle any unforeseen issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Supervise the wedding day, making sure everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of the planning and address any concerns.
- Provide personalized service and build strong, professional relationships with clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the planning process.
- Handle client requests and changes with flexibility and professionalism.
- Manage the wedding budget, keeping track of expenses and ensuring that costs are within the agreed-upon budget.
- Provide cost analysis and budget breakdowns to clients to help them make informed decisions.
- Assist with post-wedding tasks, such as collecting vendor feedback, returning rentals, and ensuring all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM**

**Salary**: From RM2,500.00 per month

- Bahasa Malaysia & English (preferred)
