**Job Overview**:
As an **Air Cargo Operations Coordinator**, you will serve as the key link between customers, carriers, and internal teams—monitoring and coordinating all aspects of airfreight movements, primarily during night hours. You’ll ensure that customer expectations are met with precision, from booking to delivery, while managing documentation, KPIs, and communication with priority clients.

**Job Overview (nightshift required)**
- Respond promptly to customer requests and provide proactive shipment updates
- Coordinate **airfreight bookings** with co-loaders and service providers for imports and exports
- Monitor and manage **routing plans**, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipment execution
- Support shipment tracking and control tower functions, flagging delays and initiating corrective actions
- Handle VIP and key account communication with accuracy and urgency
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, billing, warehouse) for seamless service delivery
- Generate and maintain **KPI reports, scorecards**, and customer-specific performance summaries
- Assist with billing documentation preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Identify service gaps and propose improvements to maintain high customer satisfaction

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years of experience in **airfreight customer service or operations**:

- Strong knowledge of **air cargo procedures, documentation**, and routing
- Excellent communication skills in **English and Bahasa Malaysia** (Mandarin is an advantage)
- Able to work independently during **night shifts** in a time-sensitive environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics systems
- High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and customer-centric attitude

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
