**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement or equivalent
- Detail oriented with good analytical skills
- Able to anticipate changes and requirements
- Maintain professionalism at the workplace always
- Ability to multitask and work independently with mínimal supervision

**Scope of Work**:

- Comparison price (back to back with contract)
- Engage proactive sourcing and qualification of alternative suppliers
- Track the status or requisitions, contract and orders
- To check and determine if inventory quantities are sufficient for needs, ordering more materials when necessary
- Forecast trends and levels of demand for products to meet business needs and keep constant check on stock level, manage stock and inventory level efficiently by planning and forecast stock balance
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology and specifications
- Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
- Issuance of Purchase Order (If required)
- Check shipments when they arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and goods meet specifications condition
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
