Requirement:

- Open Fresh Degree holder
- Call center experience: Diploma holder
- min 3 years; SPM - min 5 years
- Fluent English speaker (Mandarin will be added advantage)
- Possess own transport and willing to work 24/7 rotational shift
- Must be fine to promote any campaign even there is “Non-halal” term contained.

Job scope:

- Handle incoming call and resolve any bank product/ services related enquiry / complaint
- Promoting bank current promotion/package to call-in customer before ending call. (Promotion might be non-halal product/ gift - i.e. wine)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
