**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for developing and promoting standardized ERP implementation methodologies, and establishing consistent delivery frameworks for overseas projects.
- Support end-to-end ERP implementation by conducting business requirement analysis, solution design, and developing customized business processes based on client needs.
- Lead the development of benchmark projects, enhance delivery solutions, document detailed case studies, and share best practices to support team learning and continuous improvement.
- Assist in evaluating and planning resource requirements for large-scale overseas projects, ensuring efficient allocation to achieve successful delivery.
- Contribute to the formulation and refinement of standardized processes, project delivery frameworks, and best practices for international project execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of ERP implementation or relevant experience, including exposure to overseas project delivery and team management. Experience in large-scale ERP or international accounting projects is an added advantage.
- Strong project management and risk control capabilities, with excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Experience in ERP, OA (Office Automation), MES (Manufacturing Execution System), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), or Collaboration Management projects will be highly valued.
- Proficiency in English and Malay is required; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage for liaising with regional stakeholders.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
