**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Provide administrative support to the network support team including managing schedules, travelling, appointments and meeting.

3. Maintain and update documentations related to network support processes and procedure.

4. Official correspondence drafting, submission and delivery.

5. Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming support request.

6. Coordinate communication between network support staff, customers and internal teams to facilitate timely resolution of issues.

7. Contribute to the development and improvement of network support processes and documentation.

8. Stay current with industry trends, technologies and best practices related to network and technical support.

9. Provide backup support to the network support team as needed, including answering customers enquiries on any network issues.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a technical support or IT environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple task and priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Office Location: Menara UOA Bangsar

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
