**Position: Technical Trainer (Database Management)**
**Tenure: 2 years contract - renewable**
**Working Location: Shah Alam**
**Working Hour: : 4:00pm - 2:00am or 8:00pm - 6:00am**
**Salary: RM5000-RM 5500**
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with operations leaders to align business objectives and address skills gaps.
- Facilitate technical support training, including database management topics.
- Collaborate with Group Leads and Tech Leads for product support information sharing.
- Ensure new Analysts are oriented and engaged with our products and technologies.
- Coach analysts individually and in groups on case issues, providing feedback.
- Promote training programs and drive engagement with offshore teams.
- Review assessments to measure learning outcomes and analyst readiness.
- Work with other Technical Trainers on (geo)database interactions with ArcGIS Clients.
- Develop quarterly evaluations for technology-specific skills (Pro-Data, enterprise-data).
- Evaluate existing training materials with the Training Lead.
- Provide onboarding schedules as requested.
- Conduct call monitoring and mock calls as needed.
- Attend training sessions.
- Assist in projects assigned by management.
- Attend relevant meetings like leads, enablement, and training team meetings.
**Job Requirement**
- 2 to 3 years or more of technical role or technical training (educating).
- Having a Training background and experience will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL), SQL, and Python.
- Ability to work with a team in a constantly challenging and evolving environment.
- Ability to explain complex concepts, processes, and tasks in understandable terms.
- Able to work during the night shift working hours (Domestic hours) supporting stakeholders
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
