**Responsibilities**:

- JOB DESCRIPTION:
- To attend site meeting, highlight issues with sub contractors & clients and ensure all works are carried out according to specification, plans, procedures and work instructions.
- Monitor, follow-up and prepare report on site work progress
- Oversee daily process of all activities on site and ensure that the project is on schedule
- Able to lead the project team to execute duties at project sites as well as any other duties as assigned by the management.
- Exhibit leadership skills in Project management, contract administrations &implementation as well as project performance progress.
- Complete construction project planning processes. Manage and lead entire project team to ensure scope and direction of each project is on schedule, on-time delivery and on budget.
- Establish construction schedules and managing on-site construction personnel.
- Prepare progress reports and attend meetings with client/consultant/subcontractors.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 10 years working experience in related field.
- Possess strong communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
