Manufacturing for the Oil & Gas components JOB DESCRIPTION & SPECIFICATION Job Title Category SALES & MARKETING MANAGER JOB PURPOSE (Summary Overall Responsibilities) Job Specifications: A manufacturing / Engineering background is preferable. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills. At least 3 years (s) of working experience in Sales & Marketing of CNC Manufacturing Processes/Capacity is required for this position. Knowledge in CNC subcontracting Sales and result oriented with proven track records. Willing to travel and possess own transport Always understand client’s needs. Outgoing & friendly personality Patience in the workplace. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES PERFORMED ON REGULAR BASIS (Key areas of responsibilities) 1 Reporting to CEO/Director directly. 2 Responsible to lead a sales team to achieve company goal in sales revenue. 3 Prepare a yearly sales budget based on sales forecast from clients. 4 Maintain and expand the company’s client base by implementing business strategic plans. 5 Pay visits to existing/new/potential clients regularly to develop business opportunity. 6 Provide pre/after sales service support if it is required. 7 Able to study the bill of materials and engineering drawings during RFQ stage. 8 Prepare/ Approve/ Submission quotations to clients based on MPP provided by engineering team. 9 Create/ Approve sales orders in the ERP system after confirmation of orders from clients. 10 Provide MPP to the planning team for work order preparation purposes. 11 Communicate and arrange with purchasing team for any outsource jobs. 12 Perform sales planning in deliveries with the planning team based on OTD requirements by clients. 13 Conduct sales meetings with the team for sales performance analysis. 14 Review and analyze clients' feedback in order to improve customer satisfaction
