**_JOB DESCRIPTION_**
- Handling all files in conveyancing including sub-sale, developer, loan, perfection of transfer, auction and etc
- To attend client's from beginning until the end of the process transaction

**_QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS _**
- Working experienced in conveyancing with minimum 2 - 3 years.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Able to work independently and under minimum supervision.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Meticulous, hardworking and a team player.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- CONVEYANCING: 3 years (preferred)
