**Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and affiliate programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and gaming communities to drive revenue growth.
- Execute affiliate marketing strategies to expand user reach and engagement.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals and negotiations with potential partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, and product) to ensure successful partnership execution.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and expand KOHAI’s business network.
- Attend gaming and esports events for networking and business development.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or affiliate marketing (preferably in gaming/esports).
- Strong network with brands, gaming communities, and marketing agencies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Understanding of digital marketing, sponsorships, and monetization in the gaming/esports industry.
- Goal-oriented and able to work independently.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willing to travel for business meetings and events when required.
