**Job Description**:

- PM role for site level HR Activities.
- Develop system-based tools to simplify HR business processes - experienced using system level mapping tools and development of system-based solutions.
- Develop solutions to improve employee experience using HR digital technologies eg. using cloud base technology for traditional data migration and storage.
- Develop and execute site communication plan and develop intelligent analytics to feed forward VOB.
- Project manage site related liaison with corporate branding team for external communication posting (FB, LinkedIn etc as needed).
- Develop reporting to gather insights from social media posting data and develop foresight based on data generated.
- Project manage site level OD plan working with individual department heads to develop talent pipeline.
- Develop people analytics tool from pulse survey results with system dashboarding tools such as Spotfire.
- Follow up on SDG 17 activities and getting site level employees involved in Sustainability.
- Project Manage site level Global Giving & Doing (Global Ops, Sustainability)

**Qualifications**:

- Degree holder with 2 to 3 years’ experience in project management or manufacturing, process, planning.
- A good communicator and able to work well with all levels in the organization
