**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for overall General Administration of the Company
- Assist in Purchasing Activities
- Willing to work beyond the normal working hours and travel
- To achieve KPI set by the company
- Monitor Company facilities and building maintenance
- Assist and monitor security and business activities
- Compile delivery order, purchase order, and Invoice for payment to supplier or clients
- Liaise with government bodies on statutory requirements
- To coordinate with other departments on matters related to general administration
- Assist with administrative support including managing the filling system, preparing letters, data entry, etc.
- Maintaining and managing the stock list
- Other tasks given by the Management.
**Tender Field**:
- To coordinate, prepare and compile bid submission documents in relation to tendering/bidding activities, tender questionnaires, and pre-qualifications.
- To organize and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tendering/bidding activities and contract review.
- To vet incoming tenders on daily basis such as ePerolehan and to note down tender due date, project start and end date, tender submission instructions/requirements and mode of submission.
- To collate tender information and references from various sources such as online search engines, industry and market intelligence data etc., which are needed for submission.
- To monitor and ensure that tender submission due dates are strictly adhered to, including the checking, binding, packing and preparation of outgoing submissions.
- To ensure that tender submissions are standardized in terms of format, font, logo, etc. are in line with the customer's tender requirements.
- To ensure all company details such as the Ministry of Finance Certificate,
- MOF Kod Bidang, Sijil Digital, CIDB and SSM is up to date.
- Communicate with SSM and MOF on any company-related matters.
- To make sure that all company details in ePerolehan are complete and updated from time to time.
- Liaise with Company Secretary for company registration.
- Responsible on registration company such as MOF, CIDB and other relevant government authorities.
- Assist in Preparing proposals, managing tender procedures, and coordinating with external parties.
