**Job Summary**

The Resort Butler is the key guest-facing ambassador delivering highly personalized luxury services to all residents. This operational role oversees the full resident journey, requiring strong knowledge and co-ordinating skills across all resort areas, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, and Wellness & Lifestyle experiences. They curate elevated, seamless experiences, providing emotional support and assisting residents in maintaining their independence.

** Personalized Luxury Service & Journey Management**
- Deliver highly personalized, anticipatory, and discreet service throughout the full resident journey, from prearrival preparations through to departure arrangements.
- Curate the in-suite experience, including thoughtfully designed suite setups, managing all in-room dining requests, handling laundry/pressing needs, and coordinating concierge services.
- Maintain proactive engagement by utilizing resident preference logs to anticipate needs and ensure the immediate, accurate, and discreet resolution of all concerns.
- Managing special luggage requirements (such as fragile, heavy, long-stay, or medical items) and arranging transportation (airport transfers, private cars, charter drivers).

**Wellness & Independence Curation**
- Actively support residents on their wellness journey by scheduling and coordinating specialized experiences, including spa bookings, fitness sessions, cultural tours, and lifestyle experiences.
- Provide essential emotional support and companionship while promoting residents' dignity and independence, encouraging self-care & self-management.
- Ensure that pre-arrival wellness requirements are communicated and appropriate in-room wellness amenities (such as aromatherapy or yoga mats) are prepared.

**Operational Coordination & Resort Standards**
- Serve as the primary link for residents with all resort departments, cooperating closely with Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Front Office teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage critical logístical tasks, including coordinating smooth arrivals/departures, luggage flow, room inspections, and maintaining accurate administrative logs and preference databases to uphold the resort’s highest standards.
- Address any security incidents and resident complaints promptly.
- Execute the upsell strategy and promote resort sales.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality, guest services, or front office.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Experience providing customer service in a hospitality or healthcare setting.
- Familiarity working with residents from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Possess good local market knowledge
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and a high attention to detail with a guest-first mindset.
- Focuses on service with an eye for detail and an approachable attitude.
- Ability to work well under pressure, analyze and resolve problems, and exercise good judgment with a high degree of professionalism.
- Ability to provide emotional support and empathy to residents and families.
- Self-motivates and shows good initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Ensures security and confidentiality of guest and resort information.
