**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. KOL/KOC Management**:

- Plan, execute, and manage KOL and KOC collaborations to amplify brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers to promote Joie products.
- Track and analyse influencer performance to ensure effective ROI.

**2. Influencer Research & Engagement**:

- Conduct influencer research on social media platforms to identify potential KOLs/KOCs who align with the brand's values.
- Respond to and address influencers' requests, comments, and enquiries promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor influencer content and engagement to ensure it aligns with brand objectives

**3. Public Relations**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with media, journalists, and industry stakeholders.
- Coordinate press releases, media pitches, and event opportunities to elevate the brand’s image.
- Handle media inquiries and respond to PR-related requests promptly.

**4. Copywriting**:

- Create compelling, clear, and persuasive copy for various marketing channels, including social media, website, articles, and press releases.
- Ensure all written content aligns with the brand’s tone, voice, and message.
- Collaborate with other teams to produce high-quality promotional materials and product descriptions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing KOLs/KOCs, social media, public relations, and copywriting, preferably in the baby products or consumer goods industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and marketing tools.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
