Assistant Manager, Agency Recruitment

**Job Summary**
- Monitor and coordinate recruitment initiatives and reports.
- Participate in agency related projects assigned including system enhancement and ensure smooth delivery.
- Monitor the overall aspect of reporting and information management related to recruitment.
- Ensure issuance of reports to management, business development team, Agencies and Associations is done timely and accurately.
- Monitor and track production performance.
- Responsible in any other assignments given by the superior.

**Job Specification**
- Degree in any business related courses.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Takaful industry, preferably in Agency Recruitment field.
- Knowledgeable in event management, reporting and information management.
- Experience in system enhancement projects.
- End-user experience in any recruitment systems.
- Organised and good sense of urgency.
- People oriented and customer focused.
- Good team player.
- Familiar with agency business and recruitment methodology and best practices.
