**HOTEL MANAGER**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Hotel/Outlet Manager** to oversee the operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient management of staff, and adherence to quality standards. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day hotel activities, including front desk, housekeeping, guest services, and budgeting. You will work closely with the senior management team to achieve business goals and improve hotel operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient service in all departments.
- Manage and lead hotel staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates, average room rates, and revenue.
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Prepare reports on hotel performance, occupancy, and revenue.
- Lead the hiring, training, and evaluation of staff.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the hotel through advertising, social media, and online platforms.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel industry with prior experience in supervisory or managerial roles.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization.
- Proficient in hotel management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- On call

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
