**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day work consist of strategy planning, design execution, people management, and design operations management.
- Ideating and translating strategic direction into creative output.
- Managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion by overseeing the graphic, content and layout.
- Producing fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into compelling creative output.
- Implementing policies and standards that reinforce the organization's branding strategy & quality goals.
- Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques.
- Strengthening domain knowledge and gather data about target audiences and competitors, as well as conducting research about relevant industries as needed.
- Performing ad-hoc tasks and related duties from time to time assigned by the Director.
- Leading and inspiring graphic team.

**Job Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
- At least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Graphic Designer/Content Creator.
- A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices.
- Strong interpersonal, time and project management, presentation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in visual design and prototype software, such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effect, Figma).
