**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee all Housekeeping and Laundry operations to ensure the delivery of excellent service standards.
- Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction, setting departmental goals and objectives accordingly.
- Conduct regular inspections of all fixtures, fittings, and appliances to ensure compliance with established standards, and take corrective action when necessary.
- Supervise and assess the performance of the Housekeeping and Laundry teams, with a strong focus on training, teamwork, and service quality.
- Ensure all staff maintain up-to-date knowledge of room categories, layouts, and available amenities.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper inventory control of all linens, equipment, and departmental assets.
- Ensure that duty rosters and staff leave schedules are properly planned and prepared, including scheduling for supervisors and below.
- Assist with assigned administrative duties and departmental documentation.
- Support in planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for Housekeeping staff.
- Assist and relieve the Assistant Housekeeper or Housekeeping Supervisors as and when required.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Other language is an advantage.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jalan Klang Lama, Kuala Lumpur.
- Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
