**Reports to**: CEO

**Role Summary**:
Klinik Puteri are looking for a driven and detail-oriented **Sales Growth Executive** to support and drive sales performance across multiple clinic branches. You will be directly responsible for planning, tracking, and executing sales strategies for each branch, ensuring consistent growth and high-quality customer engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute branch-specific sales growth strategies.
- Measure, analyze, and optimize sales performance for each branch regularly.
- Prepare and present sales reports directly to the CEO.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, promotions, and customer retention activities.
- Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure sales targets are understood and achieved.

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **sales, retail, or healthcare** sectors.
- Strong ability to plan, measure, and grow sales systematically.
- Comfortable working independently and reporting directly to top management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Good to Have**:

- Experience in **event management** to support promotional activities.
- Basic skills in **marketing, social media, or content creation**.
- Mobile, flexible, highly organized, and enjoys designing clear sales pipelines and workflows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
