Procurement Management: Source and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective, timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular checks, and manage inventory records.
- Contract & Supplier Management: Draft and manage contracts, track supplier performance, and resolve issues.
- Administrative Support: Oversee office resources, coordinate internal processes, and ensure smooth operations.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Assist with budget preparation, monitor spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor Relations & Compliance: Foster supplier relationships, ensure legal compliance, and generate key reports.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
