Responsibilities:
Driver Management and Training
- Monitor driver’s movement through GPS and surveillance.
- Assist with preparing driver’s salary.
- Source and recruit new drivers according to company requirements.
- Identify gaps in the driver’s skills and knowledge and bridge those gaps.
- Address any issues the drivers are facing while on the jobs.
- Assist to carry out trials with new customers, as and when required to.

Reporting
- Generating weekly/monthly reports for management review.
- Ensuring that all reports are up to date and accurate.

Prime Mover and Trailer Renewal Maintenance
- Planning and coordinating Maintenance work for the Prime movers and trailers.
- Sending out Work Orders for the maintenance work.
- Ensuring that the Prime movers and Trailers are up to standard via inspection.
- Prepare the necessary documents for APAD, Puspakom, & Lesen Kenderan.
- Prime mover and trailer readiness for Puspakom inspection.

Compliance & Safety
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies/authorities are met accordingly. To update operation’s team if there.
- Ensure the organization’s standard operating procedures are maintained, processes and documentation are up to date and complied.
- Conduct audits when needed, control measures that are in place and risk is managed accordingly.
- Plan, lead, implement, enforce, and monitor safe work activities by conducting safety audits in operations.

Areas to supervise
- To ensure day to day operations runs smoothly and efficiently.
- To ensure that the Company’s plan is followed in all aspects related to transportation management.
- To oversee deliveries, routes, load, and schedules planning.
- To ensure that the drivers are meeting the customer’s requirements.
- To manage all aspect of safety and staffs.
- To plan and implement new policies, and standard operating procedures to address identified gaps.
- To continuously review and recommend areas of improvement for operation, processes, safety, and staff management.
- To do other tasks assigned by Management from time to time.

Other Skills Required:

- Technologically Savvy.
- Strong English and Malay language specifically for writing and speaking skills.
- Microsoft office (Word/Power Point/Excel).
- Time Management.
- Organizational Skills.
- Must have 1-2 years’ experience in Operations & driving Trailers (long)

**Salary**: Up to RM6,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Driving long haul trailer: 2 years (preferred)
- Supervising trailer driver: 2 years (preferred)
