Assisting Kitchen Chef with kitchen operations and tasks. - Assisting with the food preparation process and cooking food. - Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling and chopping vegetables and fruits. - Flexibly and accurately handle urgent requests or adding dishes from packing team / sales team. - Manage the kitchen, prepare special and standard recipes for menu items. - Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. - Minimum 1-year working experience in related field;
- Hardworking, committed, and responsible. - Must be able to communicate well with the team. - Practices high cleanliness and hygiene standards in all food processing facilities, storerooms as well as for operating equipment's/utensils/kitchen supplies. - Is organized and able to work in fast-paced work environment and high-pressure situation. - Required Skill(s): Food Preparation, Food Knowledge -good learning opportunities under Japanese chefs supervision
