**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT personnel to gather and understand business requirements related to order-to-cash processes
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend best practices and process improvements using SAP SD module functionality
- Design, configure, and customize SAP SD solutions, including pricing, order processing, delivery, billing, and integration with related modules such as SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP FI/CO (Finance and Controlling)
- Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation projects, including project planning, requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and documentation
- Provide expertise in the integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules, third-party systems, and external partners
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SD configuration, master data, and transactions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Conduct end-user training and workshops to ensure effective adoption of SAP SD processes and functionalities
- Collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and system upgrades related to SAP SD
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SD trends, updates, and industry best practices to provide thought leadership and recommendations to optimize business processes

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with a focus on order-to-cash processes and implementations
- Strong expertise in SAP SD module configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules
- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, project management, and full project lifecycle
- Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions
- In-depth understanding of pricing procedures, revenue recognition, and order processing within SAP SD
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues
- SAP certification in relevant modules is a plus
- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or distribution is advantageous
