**Your new company**

This company is a leading national construction company rapidly expanding in across the company with multiple civil engineering projects. It intends on launching a transformation programme company wide, and would need a dynamic HRBP to drive the change moving forward.

**Your new role**

You will be part of a dynamic HR team with multiple functions, requiring you to engage with stakeholders across the a nation. You will be involved primarily with succession planning, cultural change initiatives, performance management projects, as well as policy revamps. This person is expected to be able to provide solutions and present ideas to board members of the company.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 6-8 years of experience in:

- Business partnering across different stakeholders of a business
- Succession planning initiatives
- Performance management initiatives
