**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Prior experience in administration is an advantage (but not required).

**Working Hours**:
Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and filing documents.
- Support agreement stamping, vendor coordination, and simple purchasing.
- Handle basic record keeping such as invoices, payment receipts, and delivery notes.
- Assist with company vehicle records (road tax, insurance, etc.) when needed.
- Support tender or project document preparation when required.
- Perform any other general admin tasks as assigned by management.

**Benefits**:
Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 (depending on experience)

**EPF, SOCSO, EIS**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
