**Position Overview**

The Manager, Programme Development & Operations at Global Enrichment Programmes is responsible for developing, launching, and managing education enrichment programmes across Asia. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on approach, blending business development, sales, partnership management, and operations to deliver high-quality educational experiences.

In addition to growth and execution, you will have the opportunity to contribute to senior leadership discussions and take on P&L responsibility as you grow within the company. The role is based in Kuala Lumpur, with frequent travel across Asia.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Programme Development & Growth**
- Identify and develop new education enrichment programmes and camps
- Create and execute go-to-market strategies to drive enrollment
- Work with faculty and educators to design engaging, high-quality learning experiences

**Sales, Enrollment & Marketing**
- Lead sales and enrollment efforts, ensuring programmes meet participation targets
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to attract students, parents, and partners
- Build strong relationships with schools, education agents, and corporate partners

**Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement**
- Collaborate closely with host schools and faculty to align programmes with their academic and pastoral standards
- Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions and community organizations
- Act as the primary liaison between students, parents, and programme facilitators

**Operations & Programme Execution**
- Lead on-the-ground implementation of programmes and camps
- Manage logistics, staffing, and programme execution for seamless operations
- Ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment for all participants

**Financial & Strategic Growth**
- Monitor key performance metrics, including enrollment numbers, revenue, and expenses
- Work towards P&L responsibility, ensuring programmes are financially sustainable
- Participate in senior leadership meetings, contributing to strategic initiatives

**Learning & Pastoral Quality Assurance**
- Ensure programmes provide a supportive, engaging learning experience
- Implement safeguarding and well-being measures in collaboration with host schools
- Maintain a high standard of education and pastoral care across all programmes

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in education, business development, or operations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling new ventures
- Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, with aspirations to manage P&L
- Experience working with schools, faculty, and educational stakeholders
- Willingness to travel frequently and take a hands-on role in programme execution
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to contribute to senior leadership discussions and take on increasing responsibility
