**Job Title: (Business Analyst & Functional Tester)**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Analyst (BA) Scope of Work**:

- Be part of an agile team of business analysts to ensure that all business requirements are captured and translated into final implementation.
- Understand and analyse business needs, while balancing against to-be system capabilities. Improve on existing gaps within present-day 1View CRM by optimising build specifications of to-be Rubik CRM. To maximise out-of-the-box functionalities and minimise customisations.
- To conduct in-depth reviews and discussions with existing business users of CRM, and to acquire detailed understanding of business rules, process / work flows in the context of sales, service and support tasks facilitated by CRM system.
- To work with business owners to develop test strategy and related test scenarios and scripts. To work with IT-side test managers to ensure alignment of testing approach and desired outcomes.
- The business requirements team is expected to work very closely with Business and IT leads, including stakeholders from sales, service & support channels, product & segment owners, platform and system owners, and senior management in Consumer, Commercial and Transaction Banking.

**Functional Tester (FT) Scope of Work**:

- Execute test scripts, input test data, and test results for one or more test plans, including component, assembly, product, performance, user acceptance
- Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans
- Validate product fixes
- Inform the test lead/test manager of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.

- Basic Degree.

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- Experience in the following roles would be considered a significant advantage:

- Business Requirements / Analyst / System Tester role
- Project Management role
- Related experience in delivering large-scale IT projects with CRM-related experience being a further advantage.

**Required Competencies and Skills**:

- Ability to document business requirements and test scenarios / strategies / execution for large-scale system or platform transformation
- Project management & organisational skillsets and ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while effectively prioritising deliverables
- Ability to influence and drive initiatives across key stakeholders
- Understanding of banking products, services and functions
- Understanding of IT systems and delivery mechanisms.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- IT systems and delivery mechanisms: 2 years (preferred)

- Functional Tester: 2 years (preferred)
- System Tester role: 2 years (required)
