**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the CEO in developing and executing strategic initiatives and business plans.
- Oversee and manage key projects, follow up all pending tasks, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct market analysis for decision-making; prepare reports and presentations for the CEO.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and various departments; facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Organize and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring follow-up on action items and decisions.
- Assist in monitoring day-to-day operations and performance metrics; identify areas for improvement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, on behalf of the CEO.
**Mandatory Requirement**:
- Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
