**WHAT is the Job scope of BRAND OFFICER ?**
- **Lead Generation**:Utilize zero-cost social media marketing strategies to identify and attract potential students interested in learning Mandarin.
- **Promotions**: Create and post engaging social media content to promote free online Mandarin Trial Classes and short learning sessions.
- **Student Engagement**:Communicate with prospective students via social media, messaging platforms, or calls to provide information and encourage participation in free trials or learning sessions.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential students to answer their questions and guide them toward enrolling in the program.
- **Sales Conversion**: Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets by effectively presenting the benefits of Mandarin learning programs.
- **Brand Representation**:Act as a positive and professional ambassador for the company, ensuring the brand is well-represented online.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team leaders and managers to refine strategies and receive ongoing training and support.
- **Reporting**: Keep detailed records of leads generated, follow-ups conducted, and enrollments achieved, and provide regular updates to your supervisor.
