In-charge of the daily operation of the cafe, making sure dining space, coffee bar and cafe in general is clean at all times and everything is working properly.
- Taking orders using POS system, promoting and maintaining relation with customers.
- Serve foods that has been prepared from kitchen to customers table. This include cutleries.
- Clean tables after customer left, sweep and mop floor, clean glass entrance, toilets, doors, and ensure cafe is clean, neat and pleasant.
- Assist in washing dishes (plates, cutleries, bowls, etc)
- In-charge in interacting with customers and making them feel pleasant at all time.
- Making drinks, working close with the barista in-charge.
- Assist in prepping meals for kitchen.

**Job Summary**

As a Barista / Front of House, you will be the face of the café, responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing beverages, handling orders, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will ensure customers have a positive and memorable experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take food & beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks according to café standards.
- Handle POS (cashier) transactions - cash, card, or e-wallet.
- Recommend menu items and upsell promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café (tables, counter, bar area).
- Assist with food serving and takeaway packaging.
- Monitor inventory of café items (milk, coffee beans, syrups, etc.) and inform supervisor when stock is low.
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and café SOPs.
- Support kitchen team when needed during peak hours.
- Provide friendly, professional service to all customers.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Previous F&B / barista experience is an advantage but not required (training provided).
- Good communication skills in English and Malay.
- Positive attitude, team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
