**EXECUTIVE, FINANCE**
**Job Purpose / Job Description**
**1. To handle work related to Account Receivable (AR)**
- Check operations’ job tracker or cost sheet and liaise with Operations Dept for job validation
- Prepare customer invoice and ensure billing done on time as per customer’s requirement, and submission of e-invoicing to IRBM as per timeline
- Coordinate with customer on any invoicing matters and enquiries
- Issue Credit Note or Debit Note for any dispute or claim
- Prepare customer maintenance form and compile the document for registration of new customer
**2. To handle work related to Account Payable (AP)**
- Check and verify vendor invoice and update in system accurately
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions against supplier SOA on monthly basis
- Prepare vendor maintenance form and compile the document for registration of new vendor in system
- Process reimbursement of Petty Cash on timely manner
- Prepare accrual cost for month end closing and ensure submission within timeline
**Accountabilities**:
- Handle work related to Account Receivable and Account Payment
- Monitor actual performance against Accrual and Budget
- Maintain proper documentation and records
**Supporting Actions**:
- Contract validation with Operations and Fleet Dept
- Assist in analyzing costing by customer/project
- Assist in preparation and analyzing monthly financial report
- Assist in preparation of annual organizational budget
- Work closely with Finance HQ team for smooth month end closing and payment matters
**Job Requirements**:
1. Qualification:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business or equivalent
2. Years of Working Experience:
- Minimum two (2) years as an Executive Finance /account position
3. Specific Knowledge:
- Accounting/finance function, preferably in warehousing or logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft office - Excel & Words
4. Skills
- Analytical and high attention to details
- Good interpersonal, organized and time management skills
- Good in written and verbal communication skills in English
5. Personal Attributes
- Ability to work well under pressure and tight deadline
- Willingness to work as a team on a variety of tasks
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
