**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Website Redesign**: Lead the end-to-end redesign process of the company website, focusing on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI).
- **User Research & Testing**: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests, to gather insights and identify user needs and pain points.
- **Wireframing & Prototyping**: Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that demonstrate interactions and design functionality.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with product managers, developers, and content teams to ensure the design is technically feasible and aligns with the company's goals and vision.
- **Responsive Design**: Ensure designs are fully responsive and optimized for mobile and desktop platforms.
- **Branding & Consistency**: Maintain brand consistency across the website, ensuring a cohesive design language.
- **Design Systems**: Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to streamline development processes.
- **UI Design**: Create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and user-centric designs, focusing on improving the website’s look, feel, and functionality.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps, and other tracking methods to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- **Iterative Improvements**: Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and analytics to enhance the overall user experience.

**Key Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing past website redesign projects.
- Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision).
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Marvel, Principle).
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- **Responsive Design**: Experience designing responsive websites and mobile-first user interfaces.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify problems, brainstorm solutions, and test designs through iterative processes.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail with the ability to create pixel-perfect designs.
- **Collaboration**: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Education**: A degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
