CHOCOFAC (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a highly skilled **Accounts Executive** to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely accounting processes that support our business operations and growth.

What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budget preparation and financial forecasting activities.
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth financial operations.
- Manage petty cash, arrange team travel, handle foreign currency exchange, and oversee international payments.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow daily, weekly, and monthly.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate audit processes and assist in enhancing accounting procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, highlighting key trends and variances.
- Maintain and post journal entries, support month-end and year-end closings.
- Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding payments, and resolve discrepancies

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of accounting principles and best practices
- Relevant accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
