**Job Type**: Full-Time (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm)
**Salary Range**: RM 3,500 and above (Salary adjusted based on experience)

**What You’ll Be Doing**

You’ll play a key role in our marketing efforts, working closely with our Marketing Manager and a driven team. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and supporting the team in planning, launching, and optimizing high-impact marketing campaigns.
- Managing our **company's social media accounts**, ensuring brand consistency, regular updates, and meaningful engagement.
- Acting as the **coordinator for video shoots**, working with the marketing and creative teams to bring fresh ideas to life.
- Running powerful online ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google to boost awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitoring ad performance and fine-tuning strategies based on real-time data.
- Compiling **weekly marketing reports** and **presenting insights and updates** during internal meetings.
- Implementing SEO strategies to boost rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Creating high-converting content for ads, landing pages, social media posts, and more.
- Managing advertising budgets efficiently for maximum return.
- Understanding target audiences to craft relevant, resonant messaging.
- Using META Business Suite for streamlined ad and campaign management.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Fresh Graduates are Welcome**:

- A diploma, degree, or relevant professional certification.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven success with Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.
- Experience managing social media accounts.
- Strong writing and copywriting skills.
- Fluent in Malay and English (Mandarin is a plus).
- Skilled in using META Business Suite.
- Bonus skills that give you an edge:

- Graphic design (Photoshop or Canva).
- Video editing (CapCut) and directing experience.
- Experience coordinating marketing video productions.
- Passion for cars or automotive industry know-how.
